Everything is homemade and prepared fresh. Our goal is to support local farms and businesses so we source as many ingredients as possible from New England suppliers using their best, in-season products. And then there’s our pizza made Neapolitan style with 00 flour, D.O.P San Marzano tomatoes and baked in the 900 degree wood fired hearth.
The extreme heat of the hearth bakes the crust crispy and light with a soft fluffy inside to make the best tasting pizza. Our pizzas and salads are anything but ordinary. The variety reflects some of our favorites including classics and seasonal specialties. Unlimited combinations, each with their own little twist, is just another reason why we love pizza.
